Sound Immersion is designed to harmonise and regulate your nervous system, reduce stress and calm a busy mind through the power of intentional sound.
Using a diverse palette of instruments, we create a "sonic cocoon" that allows you to drift into a meditative state effortlessly.
The Experience
As you lie back and relax, we weave together a tapestry of sounds:
- Handpan & Guitar: Melodic rhythms to ground the body
- Tibetan Singing Bowls: Rich frequencies and overtones to entrain the mind
- Timber Flute & Chimes: Warm sustained tones to melt tension
- Rain Stick: Nature-inspired textures for deep cleansing
Incorporating sound into your regular self-care routine can serve as a powerful tool to restore and renew your energy, so you can move forward as the fullest expression of you.

About Your Hosts
Daniel and Hayley are a multi-instrumentalist duo creating a sonic journey experience. They both have a background in music and share a passion to bring people together through their love of sound. They host events all around Southern and Northern Adelaide, utilising a wide array of instruments, many of which are custom made by themselves.

A sound bath, or as we like to call it a ‘Sound Immersion’, can be thought of as a meditative experience. Using the medium of sound as an anchor for the mind to rest upon. The sounds are created using various instruments; tibetan bowls, handpan, chimes, gong, amongst others.

Guests are invited to find a comfortable reclined position for the duration of the experience. Created in a live group setting and lead with intention, they are taken through a journey of sound, a journey into deep relaxation.

As you settle in, your body transitions into a state of relaxation, often referred to as the ‘rest and digest’ state. This shift encourages a deep sense of calm and ease. Throughout this experience, you may find yourself naturally shifting through different brainwave states, delving into a dream-like state and tapping into a wellspring of creativity and inspiration.
