Tibetan Bowl Meditation

In today’s fast paced world, we can often feel pulled in numerous directions. Between work deadlines, family duties and the normal day to day demands of life - it’s no wonder we can easily feel overwhelmed, exhausted and disconnected from ourselves.

Tibetan Bowl Meditation offers an invitation to pause and come home to yourself. A sanctuary of wellbeing, stillness and complete present moment awareness.

Create space to be still with yourself, to tune in with yourself, so you can move forward in the world as the fullest expression of you.

Sound is a powerful tool that can support your well-being on a mental, physical, and emotional level. Some of the incredible benefits include:

  • Relaxation

  • Stress Reduction

  • Improved Sleep Quality

  • Increased present moment awareness

The Benefits of Sound

The Tibetan Bowl Meditation Experience: What to Expect

Held in a curated space and kept to an intimate number of five guests, this meditative practice uses the medium of sound to calm and focus the mind. Guests are invited to find a comfortable, reclined position for the duration of the experience. The session begins with gentle guided breathing to help settle and ground into the space, followed by the soothing sounds of the handmade Tibetan Bowls. Guests are invited to listen to the sounds and experience the vibrations - a focus point for the mind and body to melt into and be completely absorbed with.

Tibetan Bowl Meditation is offered on a regular, monthly basis, in hope that it can support your wellbeing and become a meaningful part of your self-care routine.

Held on Friday evenings once a month, in a private space upstairs at Eclipse Yoga & Wellness.

Just like the eb and flow of day and night, of fast and slow, of work and rest - we need balance to keep us in harmony.

Balance to keep us centered and inspired. Balance to move forward as our best selves.
Who's ready to hit the pause button, a moment to find stillness and rest amidst the flow of life?
